🏭 Method 1: Professional Heat Press

Set Machine Parameters: Set heat press to 140°C – 145°C with Medium pressure.

Pre-press Jersey: Press shirt for 3 seconds with a Teflon sheet to remove moisture.

Position HTV: Lay cut flex vinyl design with sticky carrier side onto the shirt.

Step 1 — Press: Cover with Teflon sheet and press for 10–12 seconds.

Step 2 — Carrier Peel: Peel plastic carrier backing off (Hot or Warm according to specific HTV brand instructions).

Step 3 — Post Seal: Cover bare HTV with Teflon sheet and press for 2–3 seconds to seal edges.
🏠 Method 2: Household Iron

Iron & Surface Prep: Set iron to Polyester / Synthetic (~140°C). Steam OFF. Work on hard surface.

Pre-iron Area: Iron target area for 3 seconds.

Position & Cover: Place vinyl and cover with parchment paper.

Step 1 — Press: Press vertically straight down with firm body weight for 15 seconds.

Step 2 — Peel: Wait 30 seconds (warm peel), then gently pull carrier off.

Step 3 — Edge Lock: Cover design with parchment paper and press for 3 seconds.
💡 Pro Tip: Standard Cut HTV is very thin and flexible. Keep press time short (10–12s) to avoid heat lines on football shirt fabric.
