Kitroom Football offers football products including kits, accessories, customizations, name sets, numbers, patches, and official or compatible items. Each product is described in detail on its respective product page.

3. Purchase Process

The customer must provide accurate and complete information during checkout. Once payment is confirmed, an email with the order details will be sent to the customer.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices include applicable taxes according to current regulations. All prices are EXW (Ex Works), meaning the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, customs, or import-related costs depending on their location. Payments are processed through secure third‑party platforms. Kitroom Football does not store customer banking information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (logistics, customs, availability). Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Return Policy

In accordance with European consumer regulations:

  • The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal for non‑personalized, unused products in perfect condition.
  • Personalized, applied, used, or modified items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • If a customer returns a product under the right of withdrawal, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • If a returned package arrives from outside the European Union, and Kitroom Football must pay import duties, customs fees, or taxes, these costs will also be deducted from the refund, as they are a direct consequence of the customer’s return.
  • To request a return, the customer must contact us in writing and follow the instructions provided.

7. Personalized Products

Personalized items (name sets, numbers, patches, prints, and any product applied to a garment) are made specifically upon customer request. Therefore:

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the customization process has started.
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized items that have been used, applied, or manipulated by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for the correct application of the product unless the application service was purchased from Kitroom Football.

8. Warranty

All products include the legal warranty established under European regulations. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by improper use, wear, incorrect application, or manipulation.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). Data is used exclusively for order management, customer support, and legal obligations.
